Synopsis

This course covers the theoretical and practical aspects of planning online advertising in a global marketplace. Emphasis will be on the online consumers’ behavior, economic policies, legal considerations and the social context. 

Learning Outcomes
After completing this unit, students should be able to:
  • Explain basic aspects of Internet and e-commerce.
  • Describe how business transactions can be conducted using the Internet.
  • Analyze the growth of Internet advertising and online consumers.
  • Discuss the issues that occur in Internet Advertising. CO5 - Plan Internet advertising for products and services.
